All our ice cream is made at Beacon Farm by Michael using milk and cream delivered fresh every day from farms around Yorkshire.

We don't use any artificial colourings or preservatives but we do use real fruit pastes for the tangy taste of real fruit.

In the summer we make enough ice cream for over 11,000 cones per day!
